Refund policy
REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL ARTWORK
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the artwork file has been downloaded or accessed. We cannot offer refunds for digital artwork that has been successfully delivered.
Exceptions:
- Technical issues preventing download
- Receiving an incorrect or corrupted file
- Duplicate purchases made in error
How to request a refund: If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us at stacey@threadmama.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
