You Make My Heart POP Valentine! : Tape a pop-it toy directly onto the tag or attach the tag to other gifting options that connect to the word "POP" such as popcorn or bubbles.

I'm Wheelie glad we are friends / You're Wheelie cool: Large tags fit perfectly on the top of a single Hot Wheels package.  I simply used an Elmer's glue stick to the Hot Wheels packages and attached a large tag.  Punched a hole at the top left corner with a hole punch and added a ribbon for a bit of extra.   Also included is a smaller tag for adding to gift bags or other-size valentines.   (If I had a boy I would definitely be using these this year for all his classmates! )

Hugs & Squishies: Using a glue dot add a mini squishy toy directly to the card or include in a small goody bag. 

You make my heart roar! : Include with anything dino or lion. 

I like the way you roll: Include anything with wheels.   Mini skateboards, cars, windup toys. 

Valentine, you A-Maze me:  Include with a mini maze.  

You're a PRIME friend, Valentine: Pair with a popular prime drink.
